Yes, a shipping label fee applies to all returns, based on item weight and location. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
If you choose to use your own return label, please provide us with the tracking number to waive the return label fee. Please contact our team at [email protected] to ensure we have your new tracking number on file.
The Detox Market will only pay for return shipping costs if a product arrives damaged or if the incorrect product was sent in your order. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
