We require a 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment without penalty. If you cancel between 24 - 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed 50% of the full price of the treatment as well as an 18% gratuity for the esthetician's time. If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for the full price of the treatment, as well as an 18% gratuity for the esthetician's time.
