Return Timeframe:

• We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. Please note that in-store returns require a receipt.

Refund Options:

• Unopened items can be returned for a refund back to the original form of payment. Gently used or opened products can only be returned for store credit.

Exceptions to Refund Options:

• Opened products purchased during Bundle gift promotions or Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) promotions are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Unopened items qualify for store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Sale items, samples, curated boxes (The Detox Box and The Best of Green Beauty Box), food and beverage items, supplements, books, jewelry, face and body tools, face wands, cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, reusable rounds, eye masks and undereye crescents, sleep masks, makeup brushes, mask brushes, hair brushes, menstrual cups, personal vibrators, massagers, fragrances, face cloths, gua sha tools, razors and razor blades, tongue scrapers, tooth floss, dry brushes, face rollers, water bottles, pill cases, refillable cases, and towels.

• We accept returns for unopened home items, including candles, within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Label Fee:

• A shipping label fee applies to all returns, based on item weight and location. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. If you use your own return label, please provide us with the tracking number to waive the return label fee. Please contact our team at [email protected] to ensure we have your new tracking number on file.

Processing Time:

• Returns may take up to 30 days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.

The Detox Market monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Refunds and store credit will be issued according to our return policy.
